Returns: May be made only with
a written return authorization. Unauthorized returns will be refused.
Only unopened and undamaged cartons may be returned.
Restocking Charge: A restocking
charge of 20% will be deducted from the value of the items returned.
Only stock items may be returned. Custom items are not returnable.
Returns must be made within 30 days from the invoice date. Return
freight is to be paid by the customer. Only full unopened cartons
may be returned.
Freight: Unless otherwise specified
small orders will be shipped via UPS ground or Fedex ground.
